Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to be considered for the scholarship, an applicant must:
Be Indigenous
Enrolling in the second year (completed 48 points) of a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor Automation and Robotics with a major in:
(i) Major in Automation and Robotics;
(ii) Geology;
(iii) Mathematics and Statistics;
(iv) Artificial Intelligence;
(v) Computing and Data Science;
(vi) Environmental Science; specialising in Earth Science;
(vii) Engineering Science; specialising in Chemical, Civil, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Mining, or Environmental Engineering; or
Be commencing or enrolling in the first year of:
(i) Master of Data Science;
(ii) Master of Geoscience;
(iii) Master of Hydrogeology;
(iv) Master of Information Technology;
(v) Master of Ore Deposit Geology;
(vi) Master of Environmental Science; specialising in Sensing and Spatial Data Science, Environmental Rehabilitation, or Environmental Management;
(vii) Master of Professional Engineering; specialising in specialising in Chemical, Civil, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Mining, or Environmental Engineering

Selection criteria:
Academic achievement: determined by the applicants’ Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (‘ATAR’) or equivalent ATAR as determined by the University.

The scholarship may be held concurrently with any other scholarship or award, except other industry-funded scholarships, provided that this is permitted by the conditions of the concurrent scholarship or award.
