The Robinson Family Scholarship for Female Indigenous Students
This Scholarship was established in 2018 to assist female Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students undertaking studies in the Faculty of Health Sciences or University of Sydney Law School. This Scholarship has been donated by Mr William and Mrs Karen Robinson.
This scholarship is valued at $20,000 per annum and is tenable for the full-time duration of the student’s degree up to a maximum of four years. The annual value will be paid in two equal instalments after the census date of each semester.
Currently funding is only available for one year for a student enrolled in Health Sciences in 2021.

Applicants must be enrolled in or have an unconditional offer of admission to an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the Faculty of Health Sciences or University of Sydney Law School at the University of Sydney. Applicants may apply for the scholarship if they have applied for admission in the faculty identified in the advertisement, however, the scholarship offer will only be sent once the student has secured an unconditional offer of admission.
Applicants must identify as a female Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person as defined in the University of Sydney’s Confirmation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identity Policy 2015.
Academic merit is also considered.
To continue receipt of the Scholarship, the recipient must maintain a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 60 each semester.
