As a First Nations Artist, understanding and appreciating the operations, tasks and people of the company were key tasks. As a singer/songwriter, existing APRA AMCOS member and someone who has an interest in arts administration, this was an ideal internship placement. APRA AMCOS is a music rights management organisation who pay royalties to music creators when their music is played or copied, both locally and overseas.
