Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander STEM Scholarship by NSW AECG and John Holland Group
These scholarships available annually for two students, who can be first-year or continuing. Each successful applicant will receive $15,000 each. Additionally, where applicable, scholarship winners may be offered casual, ongoing paid work experience at a John Holland Group (JHG) project or corporate office while they complete their university studies.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
– be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent and be accepted as such in the community where you live or have lived;
– be enrolled in at least one STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) university course in NSW;
– have consistently high results in core subjects and;
– be available for a causal or ongoing paid work experience at a JHG project or corporate office whilst pursing university studies.
How to Apply
You must submit a supporting statement of 400-500 words detailing how the scholarship would support your education.
