Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
– be an Australian citizen;
– have completed the 2nd year of a chemistry major (Chemical or Medicinal Chemistry) and be currently enrolled full-time in the 3rd year of a chemistry major within the Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney;
– be able to demonstrate that you are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person as defined in the University of Sydney’s Confirmation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identity Policy 2015 and/or;
– be able to demonstrate that you are experiencing financial hardship (Centrelink statement) and/or;
– have a long-term medical conditional (Signed Doctors Letter), and/or;
– be at a regional or remote disadvantage, as defined by the Australian Government Doctor Connect classifications as inner regional, outer regional, remote or very remote and/or;
– have carer responsibilities (Signed Doctors Letters).
