Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- Be eligible for entry into a Bachelors or Masters program at an Australian university and either be enrolled or have received an offer for a healthcare Bachelors or Masters degree by the 30th April 2025;
- Be of Australia Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, identify as Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and be accepted as such by the community in which you live or have lived and;
- Reside in Australia at the time of application for the Scholarship.
How to Apply
You must submit:
- a 2-3 minute video OR 300-500 word statement explaining your motivations for studying, your career aspirations, how the scholarship would benefit you and how you think your chosen course will help you achieve your career goals;
- a CV, including two professional or character references;
- any relevant information such as community, leadership or extracurricular activities, and details of any hardship or financial need;
- study transcripts and certificates or previous tertiary education (if applicable) and;
- an offer letter or enrolment confirmation for a Bachelors or a Masters degree in healthcare at an Australian university.
Please note, if selected as a successful recipient, you will be required to verify your Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
