Nikhil leads Technology & Data at Aurora, working across the organisation to ensure digital platforms, data and systems effectively support Aurora’s programs, partnerships, and impact.

Nikhil has over 16 years of experience across enterprise, government, education, manufacturing, and automotive sectors, with a background spanning digital transformation, data platforms, CRM systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, ICT Infrastructure, AI and automation. He enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business, translating complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data quality and decision making.

At Aurora, Nikhil is responsible for the ongoing development and stability of core platforms including Dynamics 365, data and reporting environments, and digital tools supporting students, alumni, partners and staff. He works closely with internal teams and external partners to modernise systems, reduce manual effort and strengthen data governance across the organisation. Nikhil is committed to building systems at Aurora that support the organisation’s vision and long-term outcomes.
