Industry Super Holdings Champions Indigenous Excellence, Renews Partnership with the Aurora Education Foundation

Industry Super Holdings has renewed its partnership with Indigenous organisation, the Aurora Education Foundation (Aurora), demonstrating its ongoing commitment to Indigenous excellence and leadership.

Aurora is a leading Indigenous education organisation that champions Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to pursue their education and career dreams and achieve unparalleled outcomes. Aurora’s programs show that Indigenous students thrive when education is Indigenous-led and when students can see themselves and their cultures reflected in their education experience.

The financial support from Industry Super Holdings will enable Aurora to continue this important work, particularly through its High School Program and Redefining Indigenous Success in Education (RISE) initiative.

Chair of Industry Super Holdings, Cath Bowtell, says: “Education is the key to creating a more inclusive, resilient society. We are proud of our long-standing partnership with the Aurora Education Foundation (AEF) and look forward to continuing to see the powerful impact of the High School Program and RISE initiative.”

Industry Super Holdings has partnered with Aurora since 2020, which will soon make it one of Aurora’s longest-standing partners.

On the partnership, Aurora’s CEO and Wiradjuri woman, Leila Smith, says: “At Aurora, we create a structured pipeline of programs so that Indigenous success happens by design and not by chance. The continuing partnership with Industry Super Holdings recognises the importance of this work and the power of Indigenous-led programs.”
