Michelle Comito

Michelle is a community services leader with over 20 years’ experience supporting vulnerable communities. She holds a Bachelor of Community Welfare, a Diploma of Leadership & Management, and a Diploma of Events. Michelle is a respected leader in the youth work sector, contributing her expertise through service on boards and executive groups.

Michelle is deeply passionate about empowering young people, families, individuals, and staff to recognise their strengths, reach their full potential, and know their worth. She lives and grew up on Darug and Gundungurra land and, as a non‑Indigenous person, feels privileged to walk alongside and learn from mob, working respectfully in partnership to help create meaningful and lasting positive change.
