Assistance with Tertiary Education Scheme Scholarships
ATES is a competitive scholarship program established by the Torres Strait Regional Authority (TSRA) to assist Torres Strait Islander and Aboriginal people in the Torres Strait Region (including the mainland communities of Bamaga and Seisia) to participate in undergraduate Tertiary Education.

Eligibility Criteria
You can apply for a Scholarship if you meet all the following conditions:
You are an Indigenous person living within the Torres Strait;
You are motivated and committed to study;
You must not have previously completed an undergraduate course;
You can be either commencing a full-time
undergraduate degree or be partway through your full-time undergraduate degree.
If you have already commenced your undergraduate degree please write down the course details in Section 2.
