Allen Roberts

Allen Roberts is a proud Yorta Yorta descendant. He is currently Executive Manager, Indigenous Customer Strategy at Westpac Banking Corporation, where he leads the design and delivery of products, services and support for First Nations customers. Allen brings more than a decade of experience across banking, impact investment, strategy and governance, including senior roles at First Australians Capital where he helped facilitate over $60 million in funding for Indigenous businesses. Education has played a central role in Allen’s life; he is a Charlie Perkins Scholar who completed an MBA at the University of Oxford. He currently serves on the Audit and Risk Committee of the Aurora Education Foundation and is deeply committed to supporting education as a pathway to self-determination and intergenerational change.
