Lauren Ritchie

Lauren lives and works in Boorloo (Perth) and Walyalup (Fremantle). She holds a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Politics and International Relations and Social Justice, which she attained from Notre Dame University. She also completed her Postgraduate Certificate of Aboriginal Studies at Notre Dame, where she spent three weeks on Country in Broome, on both Karajarri Country and Yawuru Country. Lauren applied to Aurora’s Internship Program and completed her internship in the Boorloo office under the Pathways team, completing scholarship portal maintenance and researching for our Study Tour programs. Lauren is passionate about access to education and firmly believes that education must be equitable – and the promotion of Indigenous Australian cultures within schooling is important.
