Nikki is a proud Goomeroi and Kooma woman based on Quandamooka Country in Brisbane. She is deeply committed to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through her work in education, employment, and justice. Nikki has worked closely with community, universities, and government to deliver culturally grounded programs that centre Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices and strengthen pathways for mob. She has supported countless First Nations students and young people to navigate university, build confidence, and take up space in professional and leadership settings whilst being grounded in culture and connection to community. With deep experience in stakeholder engagement and program delivery, Nikki’s work is driven by a commitment to equity, accountability and community impact. She is focused on creating environments where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are supported, respected, and empowered to lead — not only within systems, but in reshaping them.
