Tomas Harber

Dr Tomas Harber has held academic and higher education management positions in Australia and the United Kingdom for the past decade. Over the last five years he has combined these with a strong interest in international development issues in a range of program and project coordination roles at the Association of Commonwealth Universities and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. He accrued a wealth of experience in capacity building and policy issues within African higher education, and in facilitating partnerships between universities in Europe and Africa.
