Aurora Mentor Code of Conduct

Participants have an obligation to conduct themselves in a manner which:
 is free from any form of discrimination (such as racism and sexism) and harassment
 is free from language or behaviour that can be reasonably considered as offensive, abusive or exploitative
 does not threaten the life, safety, health or wellbeing of self or others
 protects the reputation of Aurora and its programs
 does not create a risk for Aurora staff or Aurora itself
 complies with the laws applicable in each country.

Participants are expected to comply with Aurora processes such as expense claims and preparation of reflections and attend Mentor engagement activities.

Participants are prohibited from seeking out, possessing or using illegal drugs and substances whilst attending Mentor engagement activities.

Alcohol will not be permitted during Mentor activities and engagements (this includes mealtimes). During free time staff are expected to keep their consumption of alcohol at a moderate level so as to be able to actively take part in all Mentor engagement activities. Excessive consumption of alcohol will be considered a breach of this Code of Conduct.
