Aurora is committed to effective complaint handling and values feedback received. Aurora seeks to respond to feedback in a fair, equitable and prompt manner and with a view to improve the quality of our services.

Feedback can be made on behalf of someone else including a family member or friend.

Aurora understands that complaint information may be sensitive in nature and respects the complainant’s right to confidentiality. Information on complaints will be available only to those on a need-to-know basis and any identifying information will be removed prior to any discussion or documentation.
