This scholarship is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who are in an undergraduate degree at the Queensland College of Art and have experienced financial hardship and/or educational disadvantage.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
– be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander;
– be enrolled in an undergraduate degree at the Queensland College of Art, with a preference for students enrolled in Contemporary Australian Indigenous Art (CAIA);
– demonstrate financial hardship and/or educational disadvantage.
How to Apply
To be considered for this scholarship, you must complete the following sections in your application:

Personal statement – in 300 words or less, provide details about yourself and your personal attributes;
challenges statement; outline your personal or financial challenges that you have faced or overcame and what this scholarship would mean to you.
Further Information
Maximum value is $2,000 – $1,000 paid each semester provided conditions are met.
