ANU National Indigenous University Scholarship

There shall be a number of scholarships available for new indigenous students at ANU known as the National Indigenous University Scholarship. The objectives of the National Indigenous University Scholarship are to acknowledge the academic excellence of Indigenous in secondary school studies and provide assistance with costs related to tertiary studies.

Eligibility Criteria

The award is available each year to a prospective ANU student who:
Is a domestic student;
identifies and is accepted as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander;
Receives an offer of admission to an undergraduate degree program at the University;
Has completed their Year 12 or equivalent qualification within the last two years and achieved an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) or ANU Selection rank of 95.0 or above (no adjustment factors);
Has not enrolled in any undergraduate degree program previous to commencing at the University;

How to Apply
