Dean's Indigenous Master of Professional Psychology Scholarship

This scholarship covers 50% of tuition fees per session for up to two years (one year if full-time, two years if part-time) plus a paid internship with the Department of Communities and Justice at the conclusion of the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
– identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and provide Community Confirmation documentation;
– be commencing full-time or part-time in the Master of Professional Psychology and;
– meet the entry requirements for the Master of Professional Psychology, as expressed in the Handbook. 

How to Apply

Applicants must provide a statement supporting their application indicating how they believe receiving the scholarship will assist them with their studies and future careers. This statement should give a sufficient explanation of the applicant’s background and current circumstances to enable the University to judge their eligibility, need and merit.

Successful applicants will be selected based on their written application, academic potential, ability to meet the criteria, and where appropriate, performance in an interview before a selection panel.
