GDIHP to Public Health Masters Transition Scholarship
This scholarship was established in 2023 to provide assistance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who have completed or will soon complete the Graduate Diploma of Indigenous Health Promotion, to achieve a Master of Public Health, Master of Global Health, or Master of Health Policy.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
– have an unconditional offer for one of the below courses and enroll in the eligible degree with at least 0.5 of equivalent full-time student load (EFTSL): Master of Public Health, or Master of Global Health or Master of Health Policy;
– identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person as per University of Sydney’s Confirmation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Policy 2015;
– have completed the Graduate Diploma of Indigenous Health Promotion or show evidence they will complete this degree prior to the semester when they intend to commence eligible degree;
– applicants must have obtained WAM of 65 or higher for the Graduate Diploma of Indigenous Health Program.
