Griffith University QIC Indigenous Tertiary Scholarship
The QIC Indigenous Tertiary Scholarship is to support Indigenous students studying a degree in commerce, economics, business, government and industrial relations, law, science, I.T., engineering, mathematics or psychology.
As part of this scholarship, QIC will provide a mentor who will support and assist the recipient throughout their university degree.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this Scholarship, you must:

identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander;

be an Australian citizen or permanent resident;

be enrolled in full time study at Griffith University;

have a minimum GPA of 4.0 (if a current student);

be currently studying, or be commencing study, in one of the following undergraduate bachelor degrees:

Bachelor of Commerce;

Bachelor of Economics;
-
Bachelor of Business;
-
Bachelor of Law;
-
Bachelor of Science;
-
Bachelor of Information Technology;
-
Bachelor of Engineering;
-
Bachelor of Mathematics;
-
Bachelor of Psychology or;
-
Bachelor of Government and International Relations.

Personal statements:
Career goals and aims: statement about yourself and your personal attributes e.g. ability to overcome adversity, potential to achieve at university, community involvement, career aspirations, interests and drive;
Scholarship benefit: statement outlining the impact the scholarship would have on your life and how it will assist you in achieving your current and future career goals;
Anything else section: prepare a statement about how you can apply your personal attributes and career aspirations in an organisation like QIC. (optional to attach as a document).
