Tunapri Rrala Scholarship For Tasmanian Aboriginal Students
The tunapri rrala Scholarship for Tasmanian Aboriginal Students is offered by the University of Tasmania to recognise and reward high academic achievement and commitment to tertiary studies as well as demonstrated evidence of leadership and involvement in the Tasmanian Aboriginal community. ‘tunapri rrala’ means ‘strong knowledge’ in Palawa Kani language.

Eligibility Criteria
Available to a Tasmanian Aboriginal student who has successfully completed at least one year of full-time study (or equivalent) and is entering the second or third year of an undergraduate degree program at the University of Tasmania in the first half of the academic year. Applicants will be assessed on the basis of academic merit in their tertiary studies and demonstrated evidence of leadership and involvement in the Tasmanian Aboriginal community. It is expected that shortlisted applicants will be interviewed in the second week of February.

Further Information
To maintain this scholarship students are required to achieve a Credit (5.0/7.0) cumulative grade point average (CGPA) at the end of each semester.
