Expression of Interest: Mentor Program (Identified)

Aurora is seeking new deadly Indigenous mentors through an expression of interest to add to our talent pool for future recruitment. We are open to all individuals with different types of experience.

As a Mentor, you would support Indigenous students as a part of our High School Program and RISE and attend cultural enrichment camps in NSW and WA.

Community Engagement Facilitator (NSW) – Indigenous Identified Role

Your primary objective is to support the delivery of our High School Program in NSW and the establishment of external stakeholder relationships.

Senior People & Culture Manager (Indigenous Identified Role)

Aurora is seeking a passionate People and Culture professional to provide strategic leadership and shape our P&C agenda, driving transformation and embedding practices that strengthen organisational capacility, culture, and inclusion.
