Senior Manager, Indigenous High School Programs (Nonprofit)

The HSP/RISE Senior Manager is a critical role in leading a team responsible for the delivery, improvement and engagement activities for Aurora’s High School Program (HSP) and Redefining Indigenous Definitions of Success in Education (RISE) project to support Indigenous High school students. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, people management and project management skills to drive successful outcomes.

Senior People and Culture Manager (Indigenous Identified Role)

To provide strategic leadership in shaping Aurora’s people and culture agenda by driving large-scale transformation and embedding practices that strengthen organisational capability, culture, and inclusion. To align people initiatives with Aurora’s mission and strategy, build leadership effectiveness, and foster an engaging workplace where collaboration, purpose, and performance thrive.

Program Lead - Scholarships - Identified (12 Months Maternity Leave Cover)

This role is accountable to the Pathways Program Manager and is responsible for the delivery, development, and successful outcomes of the Pathways and Partnerships teams. The focus will be on the delivery of domestic and international scholarships and the Indigenous Pathways Portal.

Expression of Interest: Mentor Program (Identified)

Aurora is seeking new deadly Indigenous mentors through an expression of interest to add to our talent pool for future recruitment. We are open to all individuals with different types of experience.

As a Mentor, you would support Indigenous students as a part of our High School Program and RISE and attend cultural enrichment camps in NSW and WA.
