My internship was at NAAJA in Katherine NT. It gave me the opportunity to immerse myself into a new workplace entirely focused on providing culturally aware and diligent legal services to Aboriginal persons. I believe that Katherine’s remoteness made this experience all the more immersive and provided me with work and life experience that I would not have had in a city ALS.
