Heather

I had a rewarding time interning with the Central Land Council in Anthropology. The senior Anthropologists gave me a diverse range of work including fieldwork, independent research and administering permits. They fostered a supportive environment, which allowed me to work at my own pace and undertake challenging responsibilities. I got a lot of exposure to the organisation and how it operates and really appreciate the commitment to staff wellbeing. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience where i felt valued and motivated without feeling pressured or overwhelmed.
