Philip

During my Tranby internship, I gained invaluable hands-on experience applying theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges within an organisational setting. It deepened my understanding of holistic approaches and organisational dynamics, reinforcing my commitment to social impact within First Nations communities. Working closely with an Aboriginal-controlled organisation underscored the importance of community and stakeholder engagement, alongside empowerment and reconciliation efforts. The experience further strengthened my skills in systems thinking and strategic planning, preparing me for a career focused on holistic approaches to social change and justice advocacy as a way of improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
